Cookie dough

Six-ingredient cookie dough

A cookie dough treat for anyone out there who has as big of an appetite as I do for all things sweet! This cookie dough is not your regular dough because it contains only six ingredients (5 if you don’t include the water) an unlike the store bought stuff, this cookie dough recipe uses natural ingredients, no bizarre numbers and letters that may be written in a foreign language, this is a treat you can enjoy with peace of mind.

This is one of the easiest cookie treats you’ll ever make. When you’re next in need of a sweet, nutty treat give this recipe a whirl.

If Hazelnut butter is not your thing (who even are you!?) you can substitute for any nut butter although I’ve tried the mall and hazelnut reigns queen with peanut butter a close second. I know there’s an abundance of choc peanut butter fans out there so yes don’t worry you can absolutely use peanut butter instead and enjoy choc peanut butter cookie dough. Yum.

The recipe yields a small log, enough to give you and your bestie a good hit of cookie dough sweetness OR you could do what I do and ‘quality check’ the whole darn thing.

If you make this recipe, I would love your feedback, Feel free to drop a comment below or comment on my social media channels Or you can even tag me in your creations #theplantritionist  I would love to see what you’re all getting up to in your kitchens so stay in touch
